"I have lived many places over the years and have had service from other cable companies. The most recent experience was helping my father in Erie who is having early Alzheimer symptoms. I ordered their local service for him in hopes he would be able to have something to stimulate his mind. They did not keep the first appointment and when they eventually came there was absolutely little concern for helping my dad. The entire experience was awful. Weeks later we asked to be disconnected since no one would come to help him understand why it was not working. This would never have happened if there was CATV in ERIE. Ever since I lived here I have been able to have service at a moments notice if I needed it. Goodness, I even remember a technician helping me on a weekend! Once I lost connection, and someone was there to help me within hours! I cannot tell you how friendly the Customer Service Representatives are and how wonderful and professional the installers that have come here have been. I especially want to mention Jeff. I hate to request anyone, as everyone is so good, but Jeff has gone out of his way to be sure that my computer and all our TV's are working. He always reminds me that if I have a problem, to call and someone will take care of it. He has taken the time to help me understand the remotes. His experience with computers has saved me having to make an expensive purchase time and time again. He is an exceptional asset to your business. I would like to let Jeff, the girls in the office, and everyone connected with CATV know how much we customers appreciate them and the service they give us. Thanks for employing this crew....I moved to this small town 5 years ago and these people are a bright part to this area. "We are writing to you regarding Scott Chrysler - this letter is long overdue, but better late than never. My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Chrysler approximately one month ago - the reason for this is that I purchased a 42 inch television for my husband's birthday, and we were having one problem after another getting it to work. Mr. Chrysler was sent to our home after one of my numerous calls and he proceeded to take care of our problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, and his personality is truly an asset to your company. In fact, after explaining everything to us about the cable box, he proceeded to discuss our Internet options, and what, if any, monies could be saved if we changed from D&E Communications to CATV Service. When he first came to our home, I had NO INTEREST in changing Internet Providers, but after discussing our option, he literally "SOLD" us on the package - cable television, Internet and local and long distance telephone provider. Scott knows his job, and he has the personality to go with it. In this day and age, you always hear when someone does something wrong, however it is very important to let you know when someone does a fantastic job, and Mr. Chrysler definitely fits into that category."
